− The other guest were rude. The room smelt stale. And just seemed a little sketchy.

− Mold in bathroom walk and ceiling. Elevator was filthy. Bugs on the floor. Shower floor very slippery.

− inwas very disappointed when staff were refilling breakfast and just using bare hands to put bread in the box and prior to that was cleaning the counter. did not even wash his hands. flicked something off a paper plate and returned it to the stack waiting for the next person who was going to use it
