Conducting bad business
2.0Minutes after checking in and getting to my room, i saw a rat running out of the bathroom. I asked for a refund since i didn't stay afterwards and was all but denied for it. I will no longer do hotel stays with Super 8.

3.0The staff was ok . Customer service was 4/10.
− There towels were dirty there wasn't any soap the bed had burnt spots in them and it wasn't any sheets on the bed neither was cover inside the room .

2.0This property was not clean and smelled strongly of mildew. The toilet leaked all over the floor and was dirty. There were mildew stains on the dust ruffle of the bed. The room above us was extremely loud with kids running and jumping and banging around continuously for about an hour. And this was like 11:45-12:45 am. Extremely frustrated and the only reason we didn’t leave is because I needed to try to get at least a few hours of sleep. I have heart failure and we had a very long drive in the morning. I do not think it would have one percent chance of passing a health inspection.

1.0Fraud do not book through booking I was charged $610 for one night when there is absolutely NO ROOMS at that cost so someone stole from me and the hotel Mr Ray was very unprofessional and rude

I want my money back.
1.0− Roaches, dirty table, dirty sheet, dirty tub, asked for a nonsmoker room they lied said they were all taken but when I got back online third parties were still offering them. I have videos of what I have mentioned here.
