− The room was lovely and clean the hotel looked a bit beat up…..but it was clean could us a face lift.

6.0We liked the seperate room with a door for traveling with a child a little privacy is appreciated. We liked the shower, we liked the breakfast. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The waffle station was lack luster but still good. The bed was really comfy.
− The pillows were so flat even 2 was not enough, woke up with a stiff neck. The walls are very thin and we heard every plane landing all night. Traffic was also very loud. The absolute biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub being closed. I specifically booked this location for the hot tub after a long day I was really looking forward to it, when checking in no one said anything about the pool being closed. I got all ready, headed down and it was closed. Super disappointing!! I booked on booking.com and paid online before getting to the hotel, at check in the girl charged me. I was double charged. Currently waiting for my refund from the 2nd. Charge.
