Booking was perfect, but the desk clerk almost ruined my trip
10.0I love the location, not far from shopping or the highway
− When I checked in I had the WORSE experience ever. I paid before arriving to the hotel several days before. I received an email saying it's time to check in. But once I arrived the desk clerk talked to me very rudely, telling me I didn't pay nor was my information I received from Booking and Marriott correct. After going back and forth in front of other guest I called Booking and they called the clerk and fixed the issue. She never tried to hear me, she talked over me saying I was wrong and I need to pay for the room. It was eventually fixed, but experience was awful.

10.0Loved everything about your property. I was a DOS for 12 years for a Management Company in Alaska. Marriott brands are my favorite.
− The closet door was taken off the the rails. It was open is this the new standard.
