Great hotel, mean front desk lady

− The front desk lady Debby was really mean. The night guy was nice.
Very worn down
4.0The rooms are in need of repair. One lamp shade had a fist sized hole in it. There was tape securing the carpet to the floor by the bathroom door, large hole in carpet by entry door in room. Valance above closet door appeared to have been torn off and then reattached with only one nail. Housekeeping services are only offered every other day, we agreed Friday would be our first day for service , we did not get services on the agreed upon Friday. When we asked if they would do it Saturday we were told no. We were told to ask the front desk for extra supplies and when we did they gave the impression that we were putting them out. Room did not have all the linens needed to make up the sofa bed, nor was the sofa bed made up with basics prior to being folded up into the couch. This stay was very disappointing, especially for a hotel that holds the Marriott name.
