− Did not end up spending the night. No one at desk for 20 minutes. when they finally showed up they were rude. the halls were full of moving trash. I did not feel comfortable staying. I lost the money but I did not have a good feeling about this hotel being clean or save or monitored.
Put these renovations in progress on your site.

− The hotel was in a major renovation/ownership change that was not put on the site! No sign on building to identify it/ no breakfast or coffee. Walking around boxes everywhere. No refund for no breakfast because we went thru booking .com. You need to inform people about this!!! On Hiltons site they were not even open yet!
