10.0La chambre et salle de bain spacieuse La piscine propre et les nombreux transats très bien répartis au soleil et à l'ombre Le restaurant ... j'ai rarement manger un menu aussi bon et vu des serveurs aussi gentil(le)s La praticienne et ses doigts de fées pour des massages 100% personnalisé en fonction de vos besoins. Et l'établissement en lui même plein de charme et l'équipe au top et au petit soin pour la clientèle.

− Un accueil peu chaleureux et un manque d’attention à la réception. * Une climatisation défaillante en pleine canicule sans solution proposée. * L’absence de certains produits de base en chambre. * Des interventions du personnel en chambre sans précaution. * Un petit-déjeuner décevant et insuffisamment réapprovisionné. * Un équipement pour notre chien sale et peu adapté. * Un écart important entre le souvenir que nous avions de l’hôtel et la qualité du séjour actuel.
