6.0− The girl with the short blonde hair at the front desk was incredibly rude to my dog and I for no reason. Even after letting her know she didn't have to be rude she continued to be rude. Will never stay at this hotel again.

5.0The rooms are fine, there was everything we needed for 1 night stay. Around lots of shops and restaurants.
− Hotel charge 100$ deposit (actually wondering why so high as there is nothing in the room to have that high deposit) and by saying charging I mean they take it as a transaction, they don’t block those funds on your account as every other normal hotel does. And then you get a refund of it which for me took 8 days and few emails… so unhappy with that service. Deposit should be blocked on the account and usually within 2-3days is back on the account.
