I like the location and swimming pools. The cleaning staff and people at reception.

− The staff in the restaurant are not welcoming at all. On our first day, the person at the entrance argued that we only have half-board meals, despite me mentioning that we had a full-board booking. Instead of checking herself, she kept questioning us. The next week, we had a toddler and were trying to sit in a quiet corner, but one of the staff rushed over and made us sit right next to a busy walking path. On another occasion, we were unable to find a small spoon for feeding our toddler and requested one from a staff member, but instead of bringing the spoon, she simply told us to go and find it ourselves. There is no clear indication that the bare minimum of drinking water is not provided unless your booking is inclusive, which I found very odd and like a hidden way of extracting more money from their customers. There is no drinking water available throughout the entire hotel; we have to buy it even at the restaurant. When booking, it only specifically mentions ice cream and drinks. How is it that even plain drinking water is not provided, even after paying for full-board meals? The attitude of the staff at the restaurant and the lack of available water have completely spoiled our experience.

Az érkezés napján már kora délelőtt elfoglalhattuk a szobát, plusz díjat sem szàmoltak fel ezért és màr reggelit is kaptunk aznap. A távozáskor délben kellett kijelentkezni, de utána még tudtuk használni a medencéket és a reptérre indulás előtt 30 percre kaptunk egy szobát, ahol le tudtunk tusolni és átöltözni. Elképesztően kedves a személyzet, felkészültek minden eshetőségre. Reggeltől estig rengeteg program van gyerekek és felnőttek számára is. Számos helyen jártunk már, de ennek a hotelnek a szolgáltatásai magasan a legjobbak voltak. Csodálatos 8 napot töltöttünk itt és minden perc valóban pihentető volt, igazi kikapcsolódás.

El lugar es increíble, frente a la playa. Las instalaciones con mucho espacio en las piscinas y tumbonas y , sobretodo, el personal; todos absolutamente son un 10. Hay actividades todo el día para los peques , los animadores super atentos y siempre con una sonrisa, la gente de recepción y comedor encantadora también.
