Great Hotel, Great Location
10.0Couldn’t fault this hotel, from the time we checked in to the time we left, we were quickly checked in by Victoria, who at the time of checking offered us to upgrade to half board as we had only booked bed and breakfast, we asked if we would think about this as she said of course and to just pop down to reception if we decided we wanted to go ahead, which is what we did upgrade in the end, at a cost of €250 for the 2 of us for the 7 nights, we felt that this was a good deal, the food is great quality. We checked into our room, id booked a premium room with an outside area with our own sunbed which was lovely and we spent a lot of time using this area. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are absolutely lovely and helpful, the food was great quality and lots of choice , it would be hard to not find something to eat, even for me who is a picky eater!!! Great location overlooking the sea, which is always nice, we would certainly use the hotel again for location, for cleanliness, and for the staff that work so hard to make sure you have a great stay.
Lovely week's stay
8.0We booked a week's stay with our daughter. The hotel kindly added a single bed to our room instead of a pull out bed which was better and more comfortable. Room was compact but clean and adequate. We had a room overlooking the pool and sea which was lovely. You have use of two other hotels all connected on one complex. Lovely setting right on the beach. Multiple pools and also an indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Choice of food and drinks was good. Great location for walking to Benalmadena and up into Torremolinos town. We also go through train to Málaga which was a lovely city. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.
Week away in the sun
10.0Lovely clean hotel ,room small but fine for two .good size bathroom .Stayed on half board basis ,food very good lots of options .Swimming pool cold ..indoor pool warm ,gym great ,all staff very friendly ..will definitely stay again
Great all round hotel.
8.0Spent a lovely relaxing week in Torremolinos. Hotel complex is ideally located, opposite the beach, close to main shopping area and within walking of Parc la Bateria and Molinos de Inca. Check in was very smooth, all staff very friendly and our room easily accessible. All public areas and gardens very well looked after. Having booked a "superior" room we were rather disappointed with the small size. At 19 sq ft it is compact and could do with an update. However it was nice to have access to the private sun loungers on the shared terrace. Storage was adequate although opening and closing the sliding wardrobe doors to access the drawers was a bit of a nuisance, as they were very close to the drawer edges. The safe in the wardrobe was very rusty and old fashioned. Small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Beds were comfortable but there was a reading light on one side only which was an inconvenience as lighting was at room edges so I couldnt read on my side of the bed. TV had some welcome English channels. Bathroom was again adequate but very compact. Good shower, no bath. Some toiletries provided but could be more items and better quality products. The exterior room door could not be closed without a very loud bang which defintely must have upset other guests. The bathroom door was also "sticky". The noise of other guests on the corridors and from lower floors, esp music from bar, was a downside for us. The indoor pool and jacizzi was an added bonus given the time of year. Towels were provided but as It was cold going from pool area back to hotel room it would have been nice to have dressing gowns supplied. (Even at an extra charge) The food choices were really good. Fresh grilled items at every meal. Loved the whipped ice-cream machine and the jelly sweet collection, but my friend complained about the lack of jelly! Most drinks served on AI were branded so really good. Bar menu a bit expensive if not on AI. Overall excellent value for money, would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit in the near future.
Definitely be Back
10.0This hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, lovely modern decor throughout including spacious room & brilliant walk in shower. Plenty of food variety both for breakfast and evening meals. Plenty sunbeds throughout and choice of pools. Stayed here & the Don Pablo many times & cannot fault it. My only disappointment this time was out of my 4 day stay, for 3 days we had no tv or wi fi in our room. Apparently there was a signal issue & promised will be fixed next day but wasn't. Wi fi & tv working in reception areas.
Hotel that has it all
10.0Currently staying here now in the Don Marco part of the hotel complex and cannot fault a thing! Spotlessly clean from the room to the restaurants to the reception area. Food at breakfast has a great selection and drinks at the bar reasonably priced . The indoor pool and jacuzzi are lovely and relaxing will definitely come back
