6.0Granted this is off season but hotel and pool were dead. Saturday was closest to advertised but catered to mostly people not staying at hotel. Average service overall with some good and same very poor. Basically had to waive down staff to get any service. The upside is perfect location and amazing views.

From the servers to the staff at Agua Spa kindness and professionalism is the key. Thank you Martha, Stephan at the dining area Arturo, Tala and Jesus the lifesaver at Tamara Beach. So important to have one always ready and even thought my daughter some swiming techniques. Delicious food and amazing tequila! Viva ME Cabo
