Stay here and feel like royalty
10.0From the moment I arrived the treatment was friendly and professional, when they saw my Marriott status it became superb. I was moved to the reception area at the 10th floor where the lady did an incredible job, I wish I remembered her name. The most memorable moments were at the 10th floor lounge where Nelson and Ana (I think that is her name) take care of you like you are royalty, and also the person in the morning, very special people!
Never report stays to Marriott
2.0The service while in the hotel is good. Unfortunately they do not report your stays with Marriott. I have called several times and they seem not to care for any of my requests. They tell me they will help, but they never do. Terrible after service.

− Tuvieron un error de sistema al principio en relación a la categoría de mi habitación, pero luego de mis insistentes reclamos lo resolvieron. Al final estuvo todo bien.
