The Minimal Effort...
2.0I honestly don't know where to begin. Check in took an hour because the Hotels.com reservation didn't come over. There were literally 4 other couples in the same predicament. We had to call India and try and find someone who could speak just enough English. Had to make 3 separate calls for that... now the room. Shower floor was stained, no door locks, the bed should have been replaced 10 years ago, room had a dingy smell, etc. Now breakfast was the best - literally had hard boiled eggs, 5-6 yogurt cups, waffle maker and that was it. No salt or pepper. It was like they did the minimal effort possible both for the infrastructure, the food and the overall look.

4.0Some of the staff was very nice, some were not. I reported a leak in my room to two different staff members none of which mentioned it to maintenance until i did, two days after i initially reported it. Check in was also not great. Me, and at least 5 other people that i am aware of booked through expedia or hotels.com. that information was not received by the hotel. Not sure if it was a n internet thing or a hotel thing. The "what do you want me to do about it" attitude in regard to both check in and the leaking celling were rather disheartening.

4.0Air conditioner was very noisy. Walls had lots of patchwork. Shower curtain rod was not a proper fit with the shower curtain. Breakfast was a joke. Only positive I can say is the bed was decent
