− Lack of clean towels in loundry room closet, problem with picking up tje luggage from the locker (entry PIN was not active after check out although it should of been)

8.0Asukoht on hea ja väga mugav on äpiga uste avamise süsteem. Meeldis, et sai ise vajadusel majapidamisruumis rätikuid vahetada ja kohvi juurde tuua. Majapidamisruumis olid ka pesumasinad.
− Klienditeenindus jättis kahjuks ükskõikse mulje. Soovisin paar päeva enne külastust vahetada oma standard toa kööginurgaga toa vastu, kuid selle eest küsiti lisaks juba makstud 709 eurole veel 745 eurot. Samal ajal oli Booking.com-is sama kööginurgaga tuba saadaval ligikaudu 745 euro eest ehk toa vahetamiseks oleksin pidanud maksma sisuliselt kahe toa täishinna. Küsisin korduvalt selgitust, kuid sain vastuseks vaid makstava summa. Mulle jäi tunne, et minu küsimusse ei süvenetud ega soovitud lahendust leida. Soovitan broneerijatel sellega arvestada, kui teil võib tekkida vajadus tuba vahetada.

− sehr wenig Platz im Zimmer, Toilettenspülung hat ab und zu nicht richtig funktioniert
