10.0Location at 10 min walk from Zürich HB and Bahnhoff Strasse. History of the hotel. Room, furniture and general infrastructure quality. Staff is super friendly and dedicated.

Friendly, location, and breakfast.
9.0Location to many restaurants and shops. Not far from the train station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the lady in there was very helpful. The lounge where you could wait after you checked out was great.
− Every now and then there was a smell coming from the bathroom. Perhaps the drains need some maintenance.
Relaxing stay in the heart of the old town.
10.0The hotel is in the heart of the old town, so there is an amazing choice of restaurants and bars close by. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace, which was a very relaxing start to the day...the staff were super friendly too. We received a room upgrade at check-in, which made our stay that bit more special. We would certainly book the Wellenberg Hotel again, next time we're visiting Zurich.
