3.0− When we arrived at the hotel on Friday, there was no hot water throughout the entire hotel until Saturday afternoon. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher level of service and more effort from the hotel to resolve the situation. The breakfast was also very poor. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
