− A szoba elhanyagolt volt, egy alapos nagytakaritásra és karbantartásra lenne szükség. Vastagon poros bútorok, több helyen foltos padlószőnyeg, foltos függöny, koszos ajtók és csempe a kádnál, mozgó burkolat a fürdőszobában.
