Location was good

− Awful customer service bad workers will never go again and don’t recommend as other people’s money was stolen from their luggage because the safe was not working, as for us our passport was in the safe and it broke down a few hours before our flight and the answer to our problem was.. not my problem if the safe is not opening !!! Never been so shocked as I had a flight a few hours later and can’t access my passport until we called people from outside and threatened with the police they didn’t open my safe. Dont recommend this place and the rooms are tiny.

Overall, if you book during dates when the price is lower than other hotels in the area and you’re looking for a mid-bud

For a small hotel, it had a gym and a small garden, which was nice. I didn’t get a chance to see the spa or the other facilities. The staff experience depended on who was on shift. Most were nice and helpful, while others were less welcoming. The location is about a 15–20 minute walk from the main beach, but it’s in a quiet, separate area. Overall, if you book during dates when the price is lower than other hotels in the area and you’re looking for a mid-budget option in Cannes, it’s not a bad choice.

− Cleanliness was an issue for me, sometimes even in the lobby. Many of the towels provided in my room each day had stains or large dirty marks. On the first day, the room was not fully clean, so I had to clean parts of the door and a few other areas myself. Some items in the room also needed better daily maintenance. The staff experience depended on who was on shift. Most were nice and helpful, while others were less welcoming.

- Posizione buona - Spazi comuni belli L'hotel è in una fase transitoria (secondo noi): la camera è bellina e spaziosa ma la moquette per terra, la carta da parati non danno l'impressione di essere super pulito

− - bagno vecchiotto - rapporto qualità/prezzo per me non è ottimale per niente - parcheggio in strada (noi abbiamo avuto fortuna e abbiamo parcheggiato facilmente) - colazione migliorabile Non mi è piaciuto che una volta varcata la soglia della struttura mi è stato chiesto un pagamento di 80€ pari ad una cauzione che poi mi è stata stornata. Avrei preferito mi venisse comunicato prima del mio arrivo

Excellent location, good hotel

The hotel is modern, nice, clean, with a great garden isolating from the traffic and noise. It is around 10 minutes walk from the beach, so for Cannes I would say it is in a very good position. (across the beach are only the 5 stars hotels). The staff is polite and professional, not at the same level of friendliness and going over their head to help as in Italy (but well....its France). The breakfast is classic, very few vegetables and fruits. No variation for our 10-days stay. Probably you don't notice if you stay less. Cleaning was daily and very good.

− The bathroom was very weird for us: toilet in one room with no washing facilities and bathtub and sink in another (not very hygienic in our opinion, but maybe it's just us). The air conditioning cannot be set on another temperature (you get the feeling that you can, but actually works the same), so you either close it or let it work as it is set. We kept turning it on and off. I asked before we came for beach towels, they said they could provide, but the towels were actually some probably left behind by other people, we were used to the experience in Italy where they have designated beach towels that you can take clean every day. We would have appreciated some more seasonal fruit ( watermelon).
