− 4 yıldızı asla haketmeyen bir otel varsa o da san Marco palace’tır.Otelde kıyafetlerinizi ütülemenize izin verilmiyor herkesin ortasında ütüleyin diyorlar bunun için çalışanları bana neredeyse saldırıyordu gideceksiniz çalışanların asla otelle alakası olmadığını otelin görsellerdeki gibi olmadığını bilerek gidin çok pişman olursunuz kahvaltı ??? Kahvaltı yazmışlar ama fotoğraf koyacağım anlarsınız grisini ve çikolata :)tamamen pişmanlıktı siz de oraya giderek pişman olmayın

− 1. While arriving, the AC in one room was not active. Only next day it was fixed. 2. If you need special taxi boat from airport, the hotel dose not do anything but refer you to the web site of some company, which insist on “paying via the internet”. If it dose not work, as it happened to us - the hotel dose not help!!!

10.0We loved Venice! It was very clean and we always felt very safe, even when I (a 72yr old woman on crutches) was out walking alone around midnight two nights! Excellent breakfast and very friendly personnel!! Very fun to sit next to the windows overlooking the canal. Location could not possibly have been more convenient to the major San Marco Attractions! We’re so thankful we chose this hotel!
− The front desk staff could have occasionally smiled. I would like to give a staff member, Esther, a HUGE THANK YOU for assuring that we had a room with a walk in shower versus a tub shower. We only communicated via email and unfortunately I was never in the hotel during her working hours so I wasn’t able to thank her in person but I have mobility issues and would have had great difficulty climbing in and out of a tub! Plus very thankful for the elevator to our 3rd floor room!

8.0The location is amazing. The room is big although had to request a room change. Good breakfast. Overall for old Venice it is great.
− Don’t get the room next to all the air conditioners, they will keep you awake but staff fixed it and gave us another room.
