4.0The hotel looks nice and the public areas are well kept (apart from the dead flies on the windowsills next to the tables) the attention to detail needs work. The rooms however do need some attention from the management. Poorly maintained, very dirty and unkept. Disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The staff are all very nice and are the hotels biggest positive.

10.0Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking.

8.0A nice stay in a very comfortable room. The hotel is beautifully situated & the history of the building is very interesting. Breakfast was tasty & staff were attentive. Will be staying again, in future.
