10.0From arrival on our 2 night stay till we left , we were treated like royalty, The staff were very professional and attentive from reception ,bar staff, waiting staff , service was exceptional,to high standards Food was also top notch Would defo stay again

10.0Stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary having been married in the hotel 8 years ago. Still a great place to visit, some areas are a little tired and would benefit from some TLC but on the whole we had a great 3 night stay. Bar service was great, comfortable setting. Fantastic grounds. Great pool and spa. Restaurant great food, a little pricey but can’t complain too much. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

8.0Victorian decor nice large room. Slightly tired looking. Use of pool, sauna and steam room was very nice. All of the staff were amazing.
