10.0First time stay at a Village Hotel and although the hotel is under referbishment we had a quiet,clean relaxing stay. Easy quick check in and out, great food and drink offers and under 15 mins to Chester. Staff were awesome. Well worth down loading the app for more offers.

8.0Great hotel for a short stay. My only issue was that money was taken from my account at the end of our stay. If I hadn’t checked my statememt, I would not have noticed. It was over a £100. It took a week for it to be refunded however, the matter was dealt with politely and professionally.
