7.0the waterpark is open now, they have activities esp for the kids to enjoy.
− long wait during check in and also during check out. Their frontdesk were not knowledgable enough thus taking too long to assist guests.
Overall a great week in Kananaskis.

− No AC in the room. Some signs of a previous pet in the room (dog hair and stain on carpet). Plus an early morning fire alarm with no communication during/after.
