− Nous avions mal dormi à cause de voisins bruyants. Les murs n’ont pas réussi à atténuer les nuisances sonores toutes les nuits. L’assistance du personnel de l’établissement a aidé à diminuer le problème

10.0Am fost foarte mulțumiți de curatenia, confortul și zona linistita unde e amplasat hotelul. Obiective turistice aflate și la 15-20 de minute de mers pe jos ( ex Fontana di Trevi). Personalul de la Recepție a fost amabil. Am ajuns noaptea tarziu și ne-au întampinat fară să se simta deranjați.
− Modul in care una dintre doamnele de la micul dejun te intreba de la ce camera esti ( doamna cu parul lung strans in coc) te facea sa te simti ca un intrus. La rezervarea facuta pe booking la Hotel Priscilla era anunt că transferul de la aeroport la hotel e gratuit daca valoarea rezervarii depașește 700 euro, eu am avut 890 euro și nu am beneficiat de transfer gratuit. NU se putea completa formularul electronic, te invita sa faci rezervarea înaintea zilei de check-in, dar nici atunci nu s-a putut completa :(
