9.0The staff tool real pride in their hotel and that showed. Everyone from guy and the girl at the front desk to the guy serving at breakfast, all of them had great service. I had an issue with an AC and he came back with a satisfactory alternate solution in 10 mins. Plus he must have confirmed with me 4 times in on the first day that I wasn't being inconvenienced by it. Some facilities were old but well maintained and very clean. There was a lot of character and charm to the hotel. They even gave a small foosball table in my room for my son to play. Will stay again if I visit Rome
− The sofa bed made creaking sounds but it didnt wake up my kids so I didn't point it to the management. The only small thing I can think of is if the shower glass could be bigger so that water doesn't spill out. They wouldn't stop me from staying again though.

9.0Das Personal war super hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Es hat uns Spaß gemacht, abends auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und ansprechend verspielt.
Very tired and out of date hotel, room was very small with sockets hanging off wall and bathroom needed a bit of TLC

8.0Location was central with many cafes and restaurants near by. 10 minute cab ride to centre and most prominent sites. Average cost 10 euro per ride. Train station within a few minutes away.
− Quite dated and bedrooms small. Shower difficult to use. Tv with limited Chanel’s.
