8.0Très bel hôtel avec un charme fou qui vous plonge immédiatement dans une atmosphère de tradition thaïlandaise et de nature luxuriante. Une immense et magnifique piscine lagon ,un jardin luxuriant parsemé d'extraordinaires statuts et fontaines. Un havre de paix et de détente en bord de mer.avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix
− Je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité de la literie qui laisse largement à désirer . j'ai très tres mal dormi pendant tout mon séjour avec des maux de dos persistants. Il est plus que nécessaire de changer la literie de toutes les chambres pour un séjour appréciable. Il est également dommage que les abords de la piscine les transats et la piscine elle-même jonchés de feuilles mortes ne soient pas nettoyer plus tôt dans la journée .. parfois les employés de l'hôtel ne commençaient à nettoyer qu'à partir de 9h30 . Le temps que tout soit correctement propre , cela ne laisse pas forcément une bonne impression quand on arrive à la piscine.

10.0The hotel was amazing! The location, the atmosphere, the staff, the reception, and everyone were absolutely wonderful. Just one small suggestion: it would be great to have a bar or some kind of service near the beach. When you’re relaxing or sunbathing and need a drink or anything else, there is no one around to assist or take orders. Adding beach service would make the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had an amazing experience. Special thanks to Bao for being so kind and helpful! 💚

While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.
Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort.
