− Large gap underneath the door allowing for critters to come in. We came back from a long day at Disneyland on our 2nd night to find a cockroach on the wall. Also found a spider in the bed on the 1st night and one of our children was bitten while sleeping, and another large spider on the wall. They definitely need to fix the doorjam. This place was a critten haven.

− AC was old and need replaced. It was to loud and had a high pitch to it.
