Overlooking the few Issues, we still really enjoyed the Hotel and would likely return . . .
9.0Great Location, ambiance
− Lobby, Concierge and Breakfast Staff were all awesome! Housekeeping and Pool Staff were not well trained and there were multiple service issues . . . all eventually resolved but were unexpected hiccups for a hotel at this level . . . Having a big buffet breakfast with custom ordering and then charging $15 extra for 2 small pancakes seemed ridiculous . . . Happy to pay for whatever at a luxury resort, but really?

8.0Amazing hotel, wonderful view. Michaela and Carolina were amazing, we had a great time. Concierge services could be better, but overall experience was amazing.

5.0− For the 5 star hotel they were not flexible with checkout even for 1 hour, despite the fact I was a customer second time and even recommended my friend to stay there. They could not wait till I pack, would call me and come to the room every 10 min.
