Amei os amenities e os brindes no quarto, que tornaram a estadia ainda mais especial. Sou frequentadora de hotéis de luxo e, sem dúvida, este é um dos que eu voltaria.

2.0This hotel is beautiful; however, the staff ruined the stay for us. I’m not sure if it were due to the color of our skin or they were just unhappy to have us but we felt uncomfortable being there. It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly.
