Beautiful stay in lovely Lake Louise

We loved the beautiful grounds and hotel. The staff was very friendly and our room was very large and spacious. The amenities including the pool, hot tub, library, complimentary shuttle to Lake Louise, and afternoon tea and coffee were so lovely. The location on the river and with a simple walk across the bridge to a grocery, bakery and shops was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.

− With no air conditioning, our room was quite hot when we arrived and did not cool down before bed. The fan was appreciated, but it was still a warm night’s sleep with the bed in the lofted area of our room. Once we cooled the room overnight and then closed the blinds when we were out during the day, it was cooler the next evening. As other guests have said, the train noise throughout the night was also loud and disturbed sleep.

Convenient but noisy and hot due lack of airconditioning and proximity to the railway line.

The evening meal in the restaurant was delightful and very well presented.

− The fact that there is not airconditioning should be made more explicit in the advertising. The hotel is right next the Canadian Pacific Railway line and the rooms facing in that direction are very noisy. The lack of airconditioning required the windows to be open to try and cool the room but then the noise of the trains was a regular disturbance during the night,

O perfeito hotel de montanha. O conforto do hóspede é a sua principal preocupação. Funcionários super simpáticos, com nota especial para os funcionários das visitas aos lagos. Comida com ótima qualidade e apresentação. Localização perfeita.

− É uma preferência, não um ponto negativo, mas no quarto, dispensaria a alcatifa, para quem tem alergias é péssimo.
