9.0接待人员热情服务态度很好，离凯旋门香舍丽舍大街非常近，酒店在内街，不会吵，去闹市区又近这一点非常好！房间的蓝牙音箱效果很好。
− 住了三天，退房的时候，押金也退了，然后托管行李在前台，出去购物，几个小时后回来，前台说我房间有迷你吧小费，是一个蜡烛，需要付费60多欧元。我很惊讶，Check out的时候为什么不说，然后我是完全没有消费的，因为迷你吧的东西不适合我。经过我的解释和强调，前台人员取消了收费。但是我感觉非常不好！我觉得很可能是他们的内部管理发生了小小的问题，具体需要待他们去研究。一晚上400多欧元的住宿费，我住了三天，一直感觉都很好，所以我才在离开的时候，在酒店房间内放了一些我从家长带来的小礼品卡片，以及放了几欧元的小费。我觉得最后的经历让我感觉他们酒店的内部管理，尤其是人员管理，可能有一点点小问题。
