− No pool and that was not advertised and I drove 7 hours expecting a pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was personable as well as outgoing.
9.0Location off I-95 was easily accessible with several choices of places to eat without having to travel. Having recently been remodeled the facility was extremely clean. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area and recommended several places for us to attend. They were spot on with their recommendations and best places to park for the handicapped accessibility we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
− The facility advertised with a pool, but upon arriving due to recent renovations the pool had been demolished. A nice patio setting was placed where the pool was, but we had booked our reservations on knowledge of a swimming pool and would have chosen another facility if we knew that before we registered. When traveling on vacation with kids they need something to wear off the built up energy. The guest bathrooms water faucets see to close to the back of the sink causing for the water to puddle up on the sink under the faucet. This also caused the water to flow around the sink. There was no one on staff at night for necessary maintenance such as a toilet that wouldn’t flush.
