10.0The Westin Excelsior is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. It is easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Many restaurants and shops to walk to choose from. If you like Harry's Bar, it is across the street.
Upscale Hotel - Wonderful Stay!
10.0We were only in Rome for one night. This was a beautiful hotel, wonderfully decorated. The room and bathroom was very large, plenty of closet space if you needed it. Decor was amazing. Front desk and concierge very helpful and friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing - I wish we had more time to try additional dishes. And then an after dinner drink at their hotel bar - amazing style of the bar and craft cocktails - and they had live entertainment - a man and his guitar singing created great ambiance.

A great place to stay in Rome
10.0A great hotel to stay as a family. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Attentive staff members. Very close to the major attractions without being right on the middle of it and being crowded.

10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Westin Excelsior in Rome. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the service was outstanding, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. A very special thank you to Pierpaolo Bertuzzo, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and helpful, and his exceptional service made our stay even more memorable. It’s employees like Pierpaolo who really make a great hotel stand out. We had an amazing time in Rome, and The Westin Excelsior was a big part of that experience. I would gladly stay here again anytime and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!
Great group farewell dinner.
10.0our group of 40 just arrived from the Umbria Jazz Festival for a final farewell dinner at the Westin. The food and service was excellent and elegant. Minor issues were immediately addressed and rectified in the most professional manner.
