Good stay between NYC and Boston when on roadtrip.
5.0The Gym room was great, and the breakfast in the morning was good with egs and other topings.
− At the time we were there the lift was not working, and the stairs was on the end of the building causing some extra carrying of luggage.
I travels a long way and paid to receive horrorable service.
3.0The maintenance guy Kenny was very nice and helpful. He came and saw that we did not have any air and immediately transferred us into another room.
− The front desk clerks were not mean but they do need some customer service training. As a Marriott member, I didn’t received my complimentary water, the air went out in the room and we stayed one night in a hot room because the clerk said she put in an order when she knew that the maintenance person was on sight. My husband had to request again for someone to come. We are thankful for Mr. Kenny. The cleaning lady was not friendly at all. I spoke to her several times and she said nothing. We had bugs in the room and the tub kept backing up. It took along time for the water to reside before we can take a shower. The night auditor refuse to give me a printed receipt after he asked if I wanted one. He responded by saying he can’t get into his computer. Why ask if you knew you wasn’t going to give me my hand receipt.
