6.0Chambre disponible normalement à partir de 15 pour 2 adultes 2 enfants… la chambre n’était toujours pas prête à 20h!!!! Honteux aucun geste de m établissement. Inondation d’eau dans la chambre suite à une Clim encrassé, une blatte énorme dans la salle de bai. … le technicien a été très réactif le lendemain de notre arrivée pour réparer tout ça. Coton tige sale resté sur le meuble de cuisine ….. ménage à revoir. La chambre reste cependant fonctionnelle

1.0The staff was polite.
− So the elevator was broken, which wasn't their fault, but we had to change rooms. The room we got had a really funky smell.. we couldn't tell if it was a mildew smell or what, but it smelled like dirty laundry. The floor and furniture had a really weird film on it.. almost sticky. The beds were uncomfortable.

− Elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor, only stairs at end of Halls our room was in the middle..... longest possible to our room. Cold coffee at 8 am. Loud distracting group in reception
