I’ll never stay here again!
1.0− It was dirty! The whole room had a wet, sticky feeling. It stunk, the bedding was dirty, worn, torn, and threadbare. Half the lights didn’t work. The whole room was a mess! The guy at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was lazy. The TV didn’t work from the time we got there, he didn’t want to come check on it. When I told him the room and beds were dirty he lied about housekeeping. He was rude to my child! I’ll never stay there again! I’d give 0 stars a f possible.

I would have gone to a different hotel however we were so tired from driving it did not matter.
1.0− Ice Machine had mold. Window curtains were stained BAD, the lamp shades stained, the bathroom tub stained. Lamps were showing rust. Pictures not dusted since I don't know when. I had my two granddaughters with me and they were not comfortable at all to the point they would not take off their shoes or socks and slept on top of the bed with their blanket. They both told me "This is not it, YAYA. The carpet is stained beyond cleaning. Just run down. I chose Quality Inn because in the past its always been nice and affordable. I will not be staying at Quality Inn any longer.
I will never rebook there again!

− Needs a lot of fixing (remodel), dirty, and night time male desk attendant was always on phone and had an attitude when you needed something.
