8.0This was a great place to stay. We were there for a state baseball championship and we left as the winners! The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with the first room - it has an AC leak into the room but the staff replaced our room and it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself going to Greenwood.
Poor reflection on Wyndom
2.0My wife and I were very disappointed. The TV remote would not work, even after best efforts by the front desk lady. We had no TV all night. We also were missing towels. Again, the front desk lady helped us. We are both in our 60's and requested a ground floor room. That didn't happen either. Overall, it would take a lot for us to go to a Baymont again. The hotel reflects poorly on Wyndam

− A/C barely worked. TV didn’t work at all. Fridge dirty, and barely worked. Soap dispenser in shower empty. No hot water in the morning.
It was an enjoyable weekend.

8.0The staff was excellent and very helpful. It was last minute due to another hotels issues but the front desk helped get us into an acceptable accommodation.
