2.0Arriving on Friday me and my wife went to our room and opened the door to the smell of marijuana. The people that were next door to us was part of our group. Their phone didn’t work and getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. The whole time our rooms smelled like marijuana. There were people throughout the motel smoking it. I was very disappointed in this Baymont by Wyndham. I have been a member of Wyndham for many years and was very shocked by this place after checking in. The only reason we didn’t leave was most of our group was there and checked in as well. I can’t leave any stars for this motel.
It was a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
10.0I was in between homes because I had sold my house and had also recently discharged from the hospital with some health issues. The maids and front desk was very good to me during my stay. It was my home away from home and I was in a clean and comfortable environment.

2.0The black lady that worked at front desk, has awful customer service when it comes to dealing with customer support. The room I booked was not available, so they tried to give me a smoking room. That wasn't good for my allergies. So then in turn gave me a king sized room with a broken Lock on front door. She told me just to put the top latch on, and I would be alright. Which is so unsafe with people walking around the hotel smoking marijuana, like it's a party place. Not again 😕

1.0Everything was bad, the staff, the owner, the food, the room nasty and they made you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and more. I would never recommend this property to my worst enemy lol.
