10.0The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room we were in smelled so musty that we had to ask for another room. They request was handled very quickly and without question. The second room smelled pleasing but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. I could tell things had been wiped because I could see the smeared film on everything. I did not feel good about the room because of the cleanliness.
Ok if all you want is a bed.
4.0#1 The bed was comfortable. That is always important. The sheets were the wrong size. They were queen stretched to barely make the edge of the bed & wouldn’t, of course, stay on. It wasn’t made up when we got back in that night. The chair was broken but was replaced the next day. The smoke detector blared out at 5:45AM. Then again around 6:30 or so. They replaced the battery before we came back. No cover on the sink drain. Mold on the shower curtain & a moldy top on the ice bucket.
Too expensive for service and accommodations
4.0Fraying carpet, baseboards coming apart, dirty looking tub. The attendant checked us into a room already occupied.
