The staff was super friendly.

− I received an email before my stay stating they were doing renovations along with this specific part of the message “Please be assured that all guest areas remain fully separated from active construction zones, and we do not anticipate any disruption to your stay. Our team remains dedicated to maintaining a clean, quiet, and professional environment throughout this improvement process”. Both elevator floors were covered in duck tape. One elevator had blankets all over the walls. We got to our floor and there was no carpet in the hallway. We had traveled for a concert and got there early, hoping to get a nap in before the concert. But we could literally hear drilling and hammering like it was right next to us. When we came back, only one plug worked. This is not the hotel’s fault, but the people across the hall were talking in the hallway like it was broad daylight out and slamming their door from 1 am-3 am. When I went to call the front desk, there was no directory. Tried watching tv as well, but the tv quality was so poor. Went down in the morning for breakfast, about 10 am. Eggs were crunchy and french toast was literally bricks. For over $300 a night, I expected a whole lot better.

When I first checked in the floor she put me messed very bad once I got off elevator. Room had many drains all over the carpet. It smelled and looked so bad. I then knew I couldn’t take it so I went to front desk to ask to be moved to another floor and room. It was a little better but I ended up sleeping in my car

The room was huge and very nice. Bed was comfy and it had everything I needed.

− I called a few days early to see if I could get early entry and was told to call the day of. I called early the morning of my arrival and was told no. The lady didn’t look up my reservation just said no. So I had a friend call later hoping she was not working and the man on the phone said no but looked up the reservation and was nice about not being able for me to come early.

This place never disappoints. I have a blast every time I am there. The staff is wonderful and should be constantly praised for their effort to make your guest feel at home.
