When there is remodeling going n, which happens, discounts should be given.
6.0The breakfast was good, room was comfortable and staff pleasant.
− First: front doors were not working so every time you went in and out you had to manually slide the doors open. Second: because of exterior painting, every window was covered verged with plastic so once you were in your room there was no way to see outside.

9.0We stayed at another Comfort Suites in West Memphis, AR, the night before, and we chose to stay here the next night as well, because their room and bathroom are very spacious. We drove for long hours every day for our road trip. It was very nice to stay in this kind of comfortable room after a long drive. The staff members were as nice and professional as any other ones in West Memphis.
− Here again! The ice vending machine on our floor was out of order (no sign about it either). I went to another floor to get the ice. It was kind of funny that the same thing happened at 2 different Comfort Suites, 2 nights in a row.
