6.0The staff was super accommodating, and everyone is so pleasant
− The first room was in 108 there was ants in the bed I simply called the front desk and asked them to move our room and the front desk rep went into room 113 to Make sure everything was exceptional and then we switch rooms with no problem.

− Pool was closed. Room smelled wet and musty. At checkin, we were surprised with an addional $50 deposit added to our bill that was not disclosed anywhere at booking. Not sure what for since it was just 2 of us and no pet.
