Property was easy to acces. Staff was very friendly. Room was very outdated and could use an upgrade of cabinets/furniture/paint but is was clean and bed was very comfortable.

This is one of the worst 12 hours of motel stay ever! The staff is rude! The aggressive male manager will yell at you at the moment on check out after the maid tried to enter my room without knocking 15 minutes prior to checkout! The bathroom is full of mold and peeling paint. There were other peoples hair in the bedding. The carpet is so stained(thankfully I had slippers), I asked for a nonsmoking room and they gave me”smoking room”. The entry door was janky and it took me several times to get inside with their special instructions how to open”that door”, which was a blessing this AM when the maid tried to just WALK IN while I was naked and dressing to depart by checkout time! This is a poorly operated Patel-Motel and no I’m not being racist; I’m being honest! The owners of this motel need to take etiquette class on how to properly run a business and treat travelers. You could not give me a free room to stay here again! And furthermore, they’ll give you a cash discount to lure you into staying. They did me. I was in my car about to leave and the desk woman ran out and offered me a cash discount to stay. I was suckered into it, regretfully. I wish, now I had taken photos to share. But after being rushed out, I literally left with my life. The male manager was yelling through the door! I was scared!

Rude people tv didn’t work had to go to front desk and was told very rudely to call the desk look at him like what the heck do I need to go back and call just to get the tv that should already be working fix insane they fix the tv but for what I had to pay for one night done a week in advance Save your money and go elsewhere

The room was a non smoking room. However the room stunk like cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette burns on the beds. Also, the door had been damaged and didn't close properly.

Liked breakfast. Staff was friendly. Hotel refrigerator not working, has to move to different room where lightbulbs were missing. Bathroom sink leaked from hot water when turned on. Tv has to be revamped to work and the hotel needs to be reconditioned and updated.

This was my most favorite hotel ever. This hotel is way better than I expected. The front desk and all other staff are amazing and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable with a great price. Room was roomy, beds were comfy. Generous amounts of towels and pillows. Free hot breakfast has a great selection, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, fruits, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles and donuts and lots of other stuff. Couldn’t ask for anything more and will return if I am back in the area again
