− The bed continually made a noise when getting on/off or rolling over on the bed - like the bed was hitting a pipe !!

− The front office was so screwed up. They didn’t know it was coming to going. They gave me the wrong room and then the right room until somebody came in and saw me half naked and said this is my room and I said no it’s my room come on.
