9.0Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right off the highway and easy to get to
− The elevator was having some issues all weekend.
My stay was rotten because of how I was feeling. Not your fault. Get new elevator!
4.0The kindness of staff as I got really sick while I was there. Not your fault. I was on an antibiotic that I had a very bad reaction to.
− A year ago when I was there the elevator stopped working. This visit, the same thing happened. Very hard on me with emphysema and the sickness I was feeling from the antibiotic I was on. It's vital that you get that elevator replaced immediately. Old people can't be hauling their luggage up and down the stairs.
