− Had to switch room 4 times!! They had no clean rooms and what they told me were clean ended up not being clean. It was all sorted out in the end!

− The tub in the bathroom was very slippery wish they had something to keep it from feeling like you may fall.

6.0Comfortable beds and shower, standard hotel breakfast. Lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch.
− Key card didn't work on entry door or our room. Imagine every evening returning to your hotel, loaded down with bags and groceries, only to find you can't get in the side door, then going to 3rd floor to find you can't open your room. First guy acted like we were stupid for not being able to use it- at least other staff acknowledged it was a problem and apologized! We observed other guests holding their breath in the hall, hoping theirs worked too! We stayed 3 nights and had it re-keyed 3 times. We paid way too much for a basic room (not sure why rates were so high when it was almost empty in June?) to have to walk around the building to front door every night, then have to go back to front desk for re-keying (1st night twice!).

− Shuttle service that does not run except for certain hours - so before they organized a taxi and paid for it now I had to pay a ridiculous amount for a w 1.2 mile ride check in lady had a atttitude of take it or leave it I do not care what happened before you are seriously wasting My time
