2.0Room has a very bad smell, Shower was filthy and when requested to move rooms, I was told that they couldn't help. In addition, I complained the front desk member regarding issue with noise in the light and super early hours and was told That I wouldn't have the issue anymore because those rooms would be vacant and trouble makers would be leaving that day. Well, all lies because the people was there and rowdier than ever. Needless to say, I was lied to and didn't get rest as expected.
