8.0The location is great!
− The bathroom is too small, and the faucet is fixed on the wall and difficult to use.
It was an amazing experience staying in that hotel
10.0
Beautiful location, a little dated and value for money is a little off
8.0Location / rooms / staff generally and the evening restaurants
− Our breakfast was a car crash of service / hectic / understaffed for the numbers. A lot of additional costs (resort fees / parking / experience etc etc) which brings costs up when rooms are expensive
Lækkert men med logistik issues
8.0Beliggenhed. Perdonale. Værelset var meget lækkert.
− Dårlig ledelse. Elevator virkede ikke hvilket kostede ventetid. Et stort problem for mange gæster. Louiza og coffee shop krævede stor tålmodighed for at blive betjent. Ikke værdigt for så dyrt hotel. Prisen på spa var latterlig høj. Og mangel på swimmingpool er ikke godt
I wouldn’t pay the price to stay in this hotel
5.0The location was great because Lake Louise is just right in front of the hotel
− The cleanliness was not great. The surfaces in the hotel was a little dusty. Although I asked for a lake view room, they assigned me a room on the lowest floor which was blocked by a pine tree and because it’s the lowest floor, I could see the awning at my level which was really unsightly. For close to $2,000 a night, it’s really not worth it. Quite disappointing
