Our overall stay was good.
7.0The room was nice and clean.
− We had a king and pull out couch. The pull out couch had no bedding and when we called the front desk we were told we had to come and get it. I was a little surprised that it wasn’t already in the room and more surprised that we had to go and get it. Then we asked for pillows doe the bed and she gave us one so I told her we needed 2 for both kids and she seemed annoyed and said they were almost out of pillows. We also asked for more towels and again she seemed really annoyed. We went to get coffee in the lobby and they were all empty. Also, the breakfast was terrible. I understand why it’s complementary .
Staff was great and very nice and helpful, amenities were great and the area was great.

− Mini Fridge wasn’t working properly. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Staff was notified but maintenance did nothing to fix the issues.
