Decent but not worth the price.
5.0It was very close to our event downtown.
− I expected it to be nicer for the price. There wasn’t even an outlet in the bathroom. I think most people want to do their hair with blow driers, straightener etc in the bathroom. There were also TOENAILS on our carpet. The one was so big, there was no way it was vacuumed between stays.

− It was so loud downtown and hard to sleep. Honestly, I didn’t sleep very well. I think you need to offer ear plugs or sounds machines because of the noice on Higg Street.

1.0Air condition in the room didn’t work. Called front desk, took 10 minutes for them to answer. They didn’t do anything about it. Was absolutely miserable. But I got the valet parking for free as the refund for the inconvenience!

Enjoyed the location, but we have.kids and book hotels for the pool. Not sure if we would return.

− The lighting was dim and not easy to use. The TV remote was horrible and could not figure out how to.use it.
